The man who pretended to be a part of the Rockefeller family to con people, then murdered them has been on murder trial. Now, there has been closing arguments and if convicted, Christian Carl Gerhartsreiter, 52, could get up to 26 years in prison. He has been accused of killing San Marino resident John Sohus back in 1985 and his wife.
When Gerhartsreiter was a fugitive, we followed this story on America's Most Wanted. As the show revealed and now also KTLA.com, Gerhartsreiter rented a guest house from the Sohuses in the early 1980s, using the name Chichester. KTLA.com mentions that shortly after John and Linda Sohus disappeared, Gerhartsreiter moved to Connecticut with the couple’s truck. Police investigated the disappearance, but the case went cold. It wasn’t until nine years later, in 1994, that workers digging a swimming pool for a new homeowner uncovered John Sohus’ bones. This story is so gruesome, we are not surprised if Gerhartsreiter gets the death sentence.

We don't think Latin pop-star, Shakira is bothered by her ex-boyfriend filing a lawsuit against her. Antonio de la Rua allegedly claims he was her music manager, but Shakira allegedly says she was already a successful singer before they met. THC readers, it does not surprise us that this guy is trying to sue her. We heard of this sort of thing before when sometimes, a very rich female celebrity goes on with life, he goes after her money.
We do not think de la Rue will win his lawsuit, simply because he may lack evidence that he was her manager. For this reason, according to TMZ, 'Shakira says she was already an international star when she met Antonio in 2000 ... and even though she let him advise her on some decisions he was NEVER her manager and they NEVER signed anything stating he was.' You see, he must reveal evidence that he was her music manager. Therefore, do not be surprise if his lawsuit is tossed out.
It's such a shame when some people are in a relationship with a rich person, they're not in it for love, but they are in it for the money they could get. Furthermore, when a relationship is broken, the one with less money does not fight to get the person back, but would rather fight them in court for any reason, out of revenge.

For many of you whom are age conscious and have given up on life, you should take his success for yourself and live a youthful life. It is so true when many people have said, 'age is just a number.'
We have not seen this type of serious boxing in a long time, usually most boxers of this era are not as fit like yesterday's average boxer. However, Bernard Hopkins not only appears to be very fit, but very sharp while he punches out his opponent.
