Vikram Chatwal, a friend of Lindsay Lohan has been arrested on drug charges.  Really we're not surprise, not saying Lohan has been on drugs.  However, if she is always getting in trouble, then how are her friends, those closet to her going to stay out of trouble?   

This guy, Chatwal looks high in the above photo. which may reveal he just doesn't carry drugs, but could be addicted them.  We wonder if he is always in and out of jail like Lindsay Lohan?  If so, we're not surprised of that either.

Allegedly, he is a hotelier and created a few by age 28. How could such an intelligent man be caught with drug possession?
