Sherman Hemsley “The Jeffersons’ Actor Still Not Buried, Legal Woes Continue
It's been several months since 'The Jeffersons' actor Sherman Hemsely died in July from lung cancer, yet he has not been laid to rest. The hold up is due to a legal battle over his estate and his final resting place, report says.

Hemsley left behind an estate of nearly $50,000. He was unmarried with no children and Fox News reported he left his estate to Flora Enchinton Bernal, his "self-proclaimed business partner and live-in best friend." However, a man named Richard Thornton came forward after Hemsley's death, claiming to be his brother. Thornton filed a civil lawsuit calling into question the will.
Here we go again, another Hollywood celebrity encounters troubles at their estate, except this time it is Tom Cruise neighbor. Tom Cruise nor his family were present during this confrontation between security and his neighbor. We cannot comprehend, if this is Cruise's neighbor, then why did it seem like he was allegedly trying to break into his home? It seems like if people can afford to live in a Beverly Hills neighborhood, then they would not even think about trying to steal from their neighbors.
According to KTLA.com, the man was allegedly spotted by Tom Cruise security and appeared to be drunk. Security used a stun gun to tame him until police arrived, then he was arrested for trespassing.
This news reveals that even Hollywood celebrities can live next door to some very dangerous neighbors whom may be their worst enemies. They maybe able to afford to reside near some of the most rich and famous people, but obviously some of them could be some of the worst criminals, making it very difficult to live in peace.
In the meantime, we will keep Tom Cruise and his family in our prayers, including his neighbor.

'Ice T' used to focus on issues that negatively effected himself as a black man. If he ever gets down and out, he will have to choose if he will serve God or the Devil, because 'CoCo' cannot save his soul. Now, do you recall when Ice T used to rap about politics, when blacks had a much harder way to go in America?Where will 'Coco' be if things get much harder for him as a black man and if our society changes for the worse?
In this era, a lot of rappers seem very afraid to touch on the subject of politics and the unfair treatment against African Americans, but you know, that's the world for you. If they do not have God, they change, they become different people. Now that many of them have become Hollywood celebrities, it seems like certain issues they used to rap about are now irrelevant. Sex and gangster rap seem like that is what's bringing in the money and since things seem much easier for blacks in this nation, political rap is a closed chapter to many rappers of today. This was to be expected after the death of 2 Pac Shakur, even the legendary black rappers whom stood up to racial discrimination and how they were being harassed by police officers have made those issues obsolete, especially now they are on the big screen.
Now, usually we do not like to discuss racial issues, but really, we expected the majority of rappers to avoid sex and gangster rap after the death of Trayvon Martin. What can we expect? If they do not know Jesus Christ, money is important to them. Mark 8:36, it says: 'For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own life?' Hopefully, Ice-T (including Co-Co) will find Christ and avoid worldly pleasures.

New Tyler Perry Film Titled 'Single Mom's Club' Coming in 2013
Reports say Tyler Perry is working on yet another new project titled, Single Mom’s Club.
Single Mom’s Club is based on a group of single mothers from different backgrounds who comes together via an incident at their children’s school.

Do you remember this little kid from the famous movie, 'The Last Dragon?' Leo O'Brien also played in New Jack City and could be seen rapping with Mario Van Peebles. It is very sad to hear the news that he has just passed away, after surviving health issues from a few gunshot wounds. These tragedies among those once famous kids among Hollywood celebrities just won't stop. One after the other, every year, we continue to hear of young stars who touched our hearts on the big screen dying before their time.
According to MailOnline, Leo O'Brien was shot in the stomach and arm by a friend. It's mighty funny how those we call our friends become our worst enemies. He was treacherous to shoot him three times, cry and then run off without saying why he did it. Isn't that just like a coward? He had to be very jealous of him to do such a thing. It seems like there is a possibility that this friend was doing a favor for some illegal dealer in the street, in exchange for money. A star of the 1980s cult classic martial arts film The Last Dragon died mysteriously in New York City on Wednesday. Leo O'Brien's cause of death was not immediately known. He was 41 years old.
As you know, we have been covering Lindsay Lohan in previous articles and this time, she has not been arrested for driving under the influence or even allegedly hitting a pedestrian with her car, but she is heard on this following video claiming to had an alleged fight with her mother, Dina. It is sort of strange that her father was willing for his taped conversation to be heard on national television, because it seems sort of like a skit or he could be purposely setting his ex-wife up.
Now, according to CNN.com, she can also be heard calling her mother a devil. She's crying and explaining what happened to her father who ask a few questions about the alleged fight. Why did he want this taped conversation to be heard? Was this this planned to frame Lindsay Lohan's mother or what? If Lindsay Lohan is so low to set up her own mother with her father, she ought to be ashamed of herself, simply because it is immoral to lie or even plot to make your mother look bad.
As you already know, there is always some sort of dispute going on between Hollywood celebrity grown kids and there parents since the late King of pop and Joe Jackson. It is nothing new and does not seem to go away, simply because the rich and famous families have a lot in common with those whom are not a part of their elite. However, while listening to the alleged phone call, it seems as though these Hollywood grown children expect to receive attention. They seem spoiled and always want the media to acknowledge their disrespect toward their parents, except this time, it seems as though Lohan's father, Michael is siding with his daughter, just as he did when she allegedly hit the pedestrian in New York. If she can publicly call her mother a devil while speaking with her father, what sort of example is she showing to the youth of America? Another thing, if there was really a fight and she was in the car with her mother, how come we did not hear her mother screaming and shouting in the background? Thirdly, after going to a club with her mother, why would her father record a Q and A to be aired on national television? It just seems like she and her father could have staged the whole thing, so she would get attention from the press, also to make her mother look bad, for some odd reason.
It is time for these grown celebrity children to mature and show a better example, so children in America will start having respect for their parents, because you know, all of this is not cute. If they did not get enough attention as a child, then, they need to seek some professional help, because they do not need to waste anymore air time on crying out for the public to hear their dramatized disputes with their parents, it is so tiring.

Then, the Bible says in Matthew 16:26, 'For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?' Now as Nick Cannon spoke about the millions of dollars his wife and Minaj received on the show, we could feel the alleged spirit of greed coming from him. Money does not matter when your husband, in this case his wife's life could have been in danger, according to our previous report. If someone threatens to shoot you on the set, then-it could be you are not supposed to be there. Furthermore, if the situation is so bad you consider having a team of security, it must be very serious. Let us assure you, God really blessed this couple with an adorable set of twins, but their mindset do not seem to be based on the level of righteousness, because if it was, the subject of millions of dollars would not have been mentioned by Cannon. The two of them already have enough money and probably set for a lifetime. Therefore, if it is true Nicki Minaj threatened his wife, he should show he is more concerned about it, instead of the money they both get paid to be judges on American Idol.
As we mentioned in our previous article, Mariah Carey allegedly mentioned on a previous show she was a born again Christian. If it is true, she should think about leaving show biz, all together and think about the scripture that forewarned us about our association with unbelievers. In 2 Cor. 6:14 the Bible says, 'Be you not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? and what partnership has light with darkness?'Most celebrity preachers these days like to make certain similar scriptures irrelevant and this is why certain Hollywood and music celebrities think they are very saved, especially if they want to receive a big cut of their income. However, the Bible forbids it. Here is another biblical scripture we gave in our previous article, 'Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.' That particular verse is found in I John 2:15. We are praying for Mariah Carey and her husband, but neither of them should be in the midst of unsaved believers, if they are truly children of God. God always sends certain situations to get the attention of those whom may not be in total submission to His Word.

Ashton Kutcher was on the set at the time of the hoax, but it makes us wonder what type of people are at his house while he is at work? Police claimed they are going to get to the bottom of this hoax and whomever is responsible maybe in some big trouble. In the meantime, we hope Ashton Kutcher will also find out whom was responsible for fooling the police, because next time, it could be for real. A Texas judge has ordered DNA testing on a man who claims to be the brother of the late “The Jeffersons” star Sherman Hemsley.
Richard Thornton is challenging the validity of Hemsley’s will, which names the actor’s longtime manager, Flora Enchinton of El Paso, as sole beneficiary. Hemsley died of lung cancer July 24.
